Job Summary:
Bandish Productions Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive Tender Projects to manage end-to-end tendering activities, primarily focusing on government and institutional opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to meet submission timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state tender portals to identify new business opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents, certifications, costing inputs, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), and ePBG (Electronic Performance Bank Guarantee).
- Maintain and update bid databases, trackers, and submission calendars.
- Handle bid clarifications, amendments, corrigendum updates, and participate in reverse auctions where applicable.
- Ensure complete accuracy and compliance of documentation to minimize rejection risks.
- Track tender outcomes and maintain records for future reference and analysis.
- Support business development initiatives related to government and institutional projects.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation and government procurement processes.
- Familiarity with GeM and e-procurement portals.
- Good analytical, drafting, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online submission systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification or training related to tendering/procurement (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or government project sales.
- Hands-on experience with GeM or similar e-tender platforms will be an added advantage.

- Number of tenders submitted within deadlines.
- Bid compliance and accuracy rate.
- Tender success ratio.
- Efficiency in coordination and documentation turnaround time.
