Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will engage with prospective customers, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable property options from Square Yards diverse portfolio. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations (in person, over phone, and via digital channels), and coordinating site visits. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure, including negotiation, documentation support, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The Salesperson will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently to build long-term relationships, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities, with a customer-centric approach and effective follow-up habits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets, financial products (such as home loans), and basic understanding of property-related documentation is preferred.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, digital platforms, and productivity software to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on client and site visit requirements.
