Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will engage with prospective customers, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable property options from Square Yards diverse portfolio. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations (in person, over phone, and via digital channels), and coordinating site visits. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure, including negotiation, documentation support, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The Salesperson will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently to build long-term relationships, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
