Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:
SMGK Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. We welcome both freshers and candidates with minimum experience who are passionate about sales and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial property sales
Handle customer inquiries and provide property details
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Maintain sales records and update CRM data regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience (Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
