Role Description The Sales Executive role at Septodont Healthcare India Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The person in this role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and growing a defined territory, and building strong relationships with dentists, distributors, and other dental healthcare stakeholders. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting client visits, product presentations, and demos, as well as providing accurate product information and guidance on appropriate use. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning. This role also involves preparing sales reports, maintaining an updated CRM or customer database, coordinating with internal teams for orders and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in field sales, territory management, and customer relationship management within healthcare, pharma, or dental markets.
- Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and presentation to engage effectively with dental professionals and decision-makers.
- Capability in basic data analysis, sales reporting, and use of CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Comfort with product learning, including understanding technical product features, clinical benefits, and safety requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; a background in dental or medical devices is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred, though motivated candidates with strong aptitude for sales will also be considered.
- Ability to work independently in the field, plan daily routes, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond, as business needs require.
