Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune West. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and offering tailored property solutions. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the team to improve sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for interacting with clients effectively
• Knowledge of real estate markets, property regulations, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve strategic goals
• Previous experience in real estate or sales roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Pune real estate market is advantageous
