Role Brief

You will be the control center between sales and supply. This role ensures that what we sell is what we can deliver on time, in full, without chaos.

You won't just track numbers. You'll protect revenue by making sure stock flows correctly across distributors, warehouses, and retail partners.

What You'll Own

Sales Engine Management

Track primary and secondary sales daily

Maintain distributor, retailer, and city-level performance dashboards

Monitor targets, schemes, and collections

Identify revenue leakages and slow-moving SKUs

Support new city and channel launches

Stock & Delivery Control

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock dispatch

Monitor fill rates and stock availability across distributors

Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations

Track order-to-delivery timelines and escalate delays

Ensure alignment between sales commitments and actual inventory

Data & Visibility

Build clean reporting systems for daily, weekly, monthly reviews

Forecast demand in coordination with sales and marketing

Improve planning accuracy to reduce RTO and dead stock

Maintain CRM hygiene and structured follow-ups

Skills We're Looking For

Order processing and sales coordination across channels

Inventory tracking and stock allocation to ensure timely deliveries

Coordination with logistics partners for dispatch and fulfilment

Managing retailer, distributor, and marketplace order flows

Maintaining sales and operations trackers

Strong spreadsheet and data organization skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

Quick problem solving when delivery or stock issues arise

You're a Fit If

  • You think in numbers and systems
  • 1-5 years of experience required in a similar role
  • You understand that revenue dies when supply breaks
  • You are extremely detail-oriented
  • You are proactive in escalation, not reactive
  • You can speak to distributors, warehouse teams, and sales reps with equal clarity
  • You're comfortable in a fast-moving D2C + retail hybrid setup
