Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will also collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with client needs and provide exceptional post-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and closing deals
  • Experience in client relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of furniture design or interior design and a keen interest in the industry
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and present compelling proposals to clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles
  • Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in furniture, interior design, or similar industries is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is prefered but not necessary.
  • Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
