Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore, for a dedicated Sales Executive at Spand. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also represent the company in trade shows, build partnerships, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and regularly report on sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market research and identify sales opportunities
  • Familiarity with Ayurvedic wellness products and industry trends
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience using CRM tools and software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience is welcome
  • Enthusiasm for Ayurvedic wellness and holistic healthcare is a plus
