Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Inside Sales Executive. The key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, reaching out to potential students, effectively communicating program details, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. The role demands achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with prospective learners, and supporting them in selecting the right educational programs to meet their career objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Proven ability in Customer Service and building client relationships
  • Experience in Sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven environment
  • Knowledge of the EdTech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management)
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage
