Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Executive at The Coffee Evolution, located in Indore. The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential franchise opportunities, building relationships with prospective franchisees, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also involves conducting market research, creating sales strategies, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new franchisees. Additionally, the executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to support the growth and success of the franchise network.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Ability to conduct Market Research and develop effective Sales Strategies
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
- Knowledge of Franchise Sales processes and legal documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or hospitality sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Personal client base would be a plus factor
