Field Sales Executive
Sindoor BTL Marketing
Position Overview
Sindoor BTL Marketing is looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to expand our Offline Marketing Services business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling client meetings, presenting our marketing solutions, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through market research, field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule appointments.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable offline marketing packages.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
Target Achievement
- Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of 3,00,000 (Three Lakh Rupees).
- Maintain regular sales activity reports and updates.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
Client Categories
The executive will focus on acquiring clients from:
- Garments Boutiques
- Garments Showrooms
- Retail Store Chains
- Gyms & Fitness Centers
- Salons & Beauty Clinics
- Other businesses requiring Offline Marketing and Brand Promotion services
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Training & Joining Policy
Mandatory Training Period
- A mandatory training period of 10 days is required before joining.
- During the training period, no salary or stipend will be provided.
- Candidates will be evaluated based on their learning ability, communication skills, and field performance.
Probation Period
- After successful completion of training, candidates will join as Field Sales Executives.
- The first 3 months will be considered a Probation Period.
- Confirmation as a Permanent Employee will depend on:
- Sales Performance
- Attendance & Discipline
- Client Handling Ability
- Achievement of Assigned Targets
