Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata (Field-Based)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, identifying their business needs, and promoting the company's services to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present the company's services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth. Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM or sales tracker.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills

Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or creative agency sales will be an added advantage.

Existing network of corporate clients is preferred. Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
