Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive / AM/DM with over 3 years of experience in B2B or Industrial Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence for Shizen Energy's lithium battery solutions across EV, ESS, and MHE segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers and channel partners.
  • Promote Shizen Energy's EV, ESS, and Material Handling battery solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and customer visits.
  • Develop quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Service, and Accounts) for order execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients for after-sales support and feedback.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in B2B / Industrial sales (preferably in EV or Energy sector).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across regions.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing.
