Job Description

Responsibilities:

Loan Sales:

  • Handle sales of banking and financial products including Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Business Loans.

Lead Management:

  • Work on company-provided leads and ensure effective follow-ups for maximum conversion.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products accordingly.

Cross-Selling:

  • Promote insurance products where applicable to enhance revenue and customer value.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining compliance with banking norms and processes.

Customer Coordination:

  • Guide customers through documentation, approval, and disbursement processes to ensure smooth transactions.
