Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an SME Sales Executive. The SME Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying and targeting small to medium enterprises, and executing tailored insurance solutions to meet the needs of clients. Daily tasks include building relationships with potential clients, managing existing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and providing comprehensive information on insurance products and services. The role also involves collaborating effectively with team members and proactively contributing to the organization's growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, Sales, and Client Acquisition strategies
  • Ability to build and nurture Client Relationships and effectively manage accounts
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and market trends
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work in an on-site team environment in a professional office setting
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
