Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (B2B) to drive business growth in Pune. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets in the engineering and raw materials segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and visits
  • Identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions related to engineering/raw material products
  • Generate new leads through networking, field visits, and market research
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Handle sales pressure effectively while maintaining a professional and positive approach

Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate; B.Tech (Mechanical) / MBA preferred
  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of engineering products and concepts
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in TMT bars and structural steel sales will be an added advantage
  • Confident personality with strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
