Job Description

Job Title: Guest Relation Executive/ Guest Relation Officer

Job Location: Bibwewadi

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer records to improve future customer service experiences
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries about services and facilities
  • Train staff members on customer service skills and company policies
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for improvements
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of service and product offered to the guests
  • Review and respond to customer feedback and online reviews in a timely manner
  • Organize and manage customer care programs and events to enhance brand image and customer loyalty
  • Warmly greet guests upon their arrival
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out process
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about services, facilities, and other amenities
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality guest service
  • Collect feedback from guests and report to the management
  • Assist in managing guest records and room bookings
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Manage and give instruct to the housekeeping, office boy pantry boy, etc staff.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues professionally
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Degree in hospitality management or relevant field is preferred
