Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, allowing for a combination of on-site work and partial remote working. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's structural steel products. Your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, client consultations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
  • Experience with sales reporting, CRM tools, and documentation management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the structural steel or construction industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be willing to travel as needed within Kerala and neighboring states
