Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients and partners, and contributing directly to revenue generation. This role may require travel within Kerala based on business requirements, including client meetings and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through research and networking
Meet prospective clients to understand requirements and present products/services
Travel within Kerala for client meetings, demos, and business development activities
Manage client engagement from initial discussion to onboarding and implementation
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Support sales and marketing initiatives, including proposals and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
Attend client meetings, demos, and industry events
Follow up with clients post-implementation for retention and upselling
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel as per business needs
Ability to work independently and within a team
Result-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing is an added advantage
Nice to Have
Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
Experience with lead generation, client outreach, or CRM-based sales
Basic understanding of digital marketing, partnerships, or market research
