Role Description

A personal loan sales executive at Bajaj Finance in Hyderabad is responsible for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers and managing the end-to-end personal loan process. The role is a field-based position focused on generating new business.
Key Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and acquire new customers for personal loans, primarily through direct sales activities, field visits, and converting leads provided by the company.
  • * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth loan application process and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • * Documentation & Processing: Guide customers through the loan application process, collect all necessary documents, and ensure accurate and timely submission to meet company compliance and regulatory norms.
  • * Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for loan disbursements, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • * Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and personal loan policies to effectively pitch products and provide feedback to management.
Salary and Compensation.

The compensation for this role is designed to reward performance.
  • Basic Salary: 17,500 per month.
  • Incentives: Earn additional income based on business achievements and performance.
  • Contests: Participate in daily and monthly contests to earn extra income and recognition.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Inter and graduate degree in any discipline is typically required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially in financial products like personal loans, is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills are essential. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment are also crucial.
  • Other: A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are often required for field sales roles.
