Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of our exhibition stall solutions and technology offerings to pharmaceutical companies. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, present tailored solutions, and close deals while keeping abreast of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential pharmaceutical companies as prospective clients for exhibition stall solutions and technology offerings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies to understand their needs
  • Present exhibition stall solutions and technology offerings, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to customize solutions to client needs
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations addressing client requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and terms ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, achieving and exceeding sales targets by closing deals timely
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably selling exhibition stalls or technology solutions within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry including market dynamics and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a strong drive to close deals and grow revenue
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Passion for sales and success in a competitive environment
