Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. Key tasks include analyzing customer needs, achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, and delivering excellent customer service to support client retention and satisfaction. The role requires frequent engagement with mechanic workshops and component suppliers to address their business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Previous experience in sales, automotive parts, or the aftermarket industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in local language(s) and knowledge of the Kochi market are highly beneficial.
