Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Professionals with strong business development and hunting experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in merchant acquisition, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network within Insurance, Fintech, SaaS, or Payment Gateway industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition across Enterprise, Education, and Mid-Market segments
• Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities
• Conduct meetings and pitch the company's products to prospective merchants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired merchants
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for merchant accounts
• Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding and activation of merchants
• Ensure achievement of GMV and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong hunting experience (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships with key decision-makers
• Graduate/Postgraduate
