Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and building a strong lead pipeline for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential leads independently
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Basic understanding of sales process and lead management

What we Expect from you

  • Identify and research potential prospects through online platforms and databases
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, and other outreach methods
  • Introduce services, understand basic requirements, and generate interest
  • Maintain and manage a consistent lead pipeline
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture leads
  • Qualify leads and hand over relevant opportunities to the sales team
