Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also build client relationships, oversee market research, and identify trends to enhance market presence. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery is also expected in this role.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Prior experience in the lighting or related industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA preferred
