Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting the company's travel services. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, managing client inquiries, meeting sales targets, and presenting tailored travel solutions. Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation capabilities
  • Experience in Customer Service and an understanding of the travel industry is preferred
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide personalized travel solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of digital sales techniques
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet sales targets
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for travel
  • Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, Marketing, or a related field
