Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible to drive revenue growth by supporting sales activity, perform market research, align sales operations internally and externally and reinforce customer service.

Qualifications

  • Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, and quality assurance) to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and contracts in the Salesforce (CRM software).
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, vendor questionnaires etc.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments and credit limits.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of customer audits as per the schedule. Collaborate with internal teams to address audit findings promptly.
  • Implement measures to reduce the turnaround time (TAT) for resolving customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline processes and meet demand.
  • Ensure timely dispatches of planned sales with proper coordination among cross departments.
  • Knowledge of specialty chemicals or related industries, with an ability to understand technical details and client requirements.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; prior experience in sales roles is preferred.
