Job Title: Sales Executive (In-House)Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, communicating with potential customers, and converting leads into business. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via calls, emails, and messages
- Explain products/services to customers and generate interest
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
