Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Belgaum for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their travel needs, and offering tailored travel services and packages. The role includes generating leads, maintaining client databases, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will actively promote Pace Travels offerings and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, including domestic and international travel arrangements
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic and goal-oriented work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the travel industry is an advantage
