Role Description

Front Desk / Reception Duties

·       Greet and welcome members and visitors warmly and professionally.

·       Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and route calls appropriately.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

·       Manage check-ins and check-outs of clients using the club software.

·       Schedule appointments, classes, and tours for potential clients.

·       Handle customer complaints or refer to the appropriate staff member.

Sales Counselling Duties

·       Promote and sell memberships, personal training packages, and other club services.

·       Conduct club tours for prospective clients and explain membership benefits and pricing.

·       Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messages.

·       Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

·       Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in the Club Management software/CRM.

·       Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk or sales roles (preferably in a gym, wellness center, or hospitality industry).

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·       Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

·       Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, booking systems).

·       Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
