Job Description

Location: Surat

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Experience: 2–5 Years (Mandatory IT B2B Sales Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients in domestic and international IT markets.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events.

Client Acquisition & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new IT B2B clients.
  • Build strong value propositions aligned with client business and technology needs.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and timely deal closures.

Market Expansion:

  • Contribute to company growth by exploring new markets, geographies, and IT verticals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Proposal, Presentation & Negotiation:

  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with company policies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to meet client requirements.

Reporting & Target Achievement:

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; additional languages are a plus).
  • Mandatory experience in IT B2B Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital outreach platforms.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with domestic and international clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in IT B2B Sales / Business Development (SaaS / IT services/software products).
  • Experience handling domestic and international clients is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
