Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our IT products and services, including custom software solutions, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, cloud services, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and social selling.

Coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover

Manage and nurture prospects through the complete sales lifecycle using CRM tools.

Present and promote IT products and solutions to potential clients.

Conduct product demos, customer presentations, and technical discussions with support teams.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Understand client requirements and position suitable IT solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Managers, Business Heads, Procurement, etc.)

Negotiate pricing, contracts, licensing terms, and service agreements.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and targeted vertical markets.

Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, webinars, and industry events.

Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports and forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Sales & Technical Skills

Experience in selling IT products/services, SaaS, cloud solutions, or custom software development.

Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.

Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
