Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive who will visit bank branches across Patna, meet banking staff, generate leads, and support admissions for our courses. This is an on-field, target-based role suitable for someone confident, disciplined, and good at relationship building.
Responsibilities
1. Branch Visits & Lead Generation
- Visit bank branches daily (scheduled route plan).
- Introduce MyOnlinePrep's JAIIB/CAIIB courses to branch employees.
- Build relationships with Branch Managers and staff.
- Distribute brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
- Collect leads of interested banking professionals.
- Create and manage WhatsApp groups of branch employees.
2. Sales & Admission Support
- Share collected leads with the Admission Counselor for follow-up.
- Explain features, fee, batches, and learning benefits when required.
- Encourage prospects to join demo classes or visit the office.
3. Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily visit report: branches visited, leads collected, outcomes.
- Track which branches give higher conversions.
- Provide feedback from the field for marketing improvement.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Participate in weekly planning and review meetings.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- 23 years of experience in field sales, B2C sales, BFSI sales, or EdTech.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid license.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
