Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Chennai, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will coordinate with internal teams to ensure customized client solutions and provide post-sales support to sustain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Speaks Tamil and English,
  • Proven sales, lead generation, and business development experience
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and understand client needs
  • Organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic technology tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability to hybrid work arrangements and collaboration within a team
  • Previous experience in the food industry or D2C or B2B sales is an advantage
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
