We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Event Sales Executive to handle event inquiries, generate sales, and coordinate with clients for successful event execution.
This role also requires the candidate to actively bring in new event business including weddings, parties, and catering orders by generating leads and converting them into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming event inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins)
Connect with interested clients and explain event packages and offerings
Generate leads and actively work on event sales conversions
Actively bring in new event bookings for weddings, parties, and catering through personal efforts and networking
Coordinate with clients for event requirements, dates, and customization
Work closely with store teams for smooth event execution
Follow up with potential clients to close deals
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and conversions
Share regular updates on event bookings and pipeline
Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after events
Coordinate logistics like setup, products, and staffing for events
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Good coordination and organizational ability
Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups
Strong lead generation and conversion ability
Active and energetic personality
Eligibility:
13 years of experience in sales / event coordination / client handling (mandatory)
Additional Details:
Flexible to travel for events if required
