Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Identify new business opportunities and target segments
Sales & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and client meetings
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Proposal & Presentation
- Create customized proposals and impactful presentations
- Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver innovative signage solutions
Negotiation & Closure
- Lead negotiations and successfully close deals
- Work with finance and legal teams for smooth contract finalization
Market Expansion
- Explore new industries and untapped markets
- Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share
Reporting & Insights
- Track sales performance and market trends
- Provide actionable insights to improve strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 210 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in signage or manufacturing)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of signage products and industry trends
- Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
