Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive based in Pune. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, ensuring product visibility, and meeting revenue targets while maintaining brand standards and representing CITTA's values.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales abilities including market analysis, BA Stores management, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer relationship building and client acquisition
  • Strategic planning and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the FMCG or skincare industry is an advantage with 4-5 Years Experience in Skin Care Brands
  • Proactive mindset, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; relevant experience may be considered
