Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. Daily tasks will include meeting potential clients, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, effective presentation skills, and a results-driven attitude.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis for managing and tracking sales pipelines
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results under pressure
- Proficiency in using technology and productivity tools to manage sales activities effectively
- Background in selling products or services, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the sales domain and knowledge of the local market are considered a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
