Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and manage new sales leads through calls, follow-ups, references, and assigned databases.
- Pitch and explain company products, services, and franchise offerings clearly and professionally.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product/service demos as assigned.
- Close deals within defined timelines while following company pricing, policies, and approval structures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, CRM entries, and follow-up sheets.
- Ensure daily call targets and follow-up targets are consistently met.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with support, marketing, and operations teams for smooth customer handover.
- Assist in documentation, agreement coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain professional conduct and brand image at all times.
Performance Expectations- Consistent generation of new leads as per assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Required number of sales calls completed each day as per company SOPs.
- Healthy conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
- Achievement of assigned monthly revenue targets.
- All follow-ups completed on time with zero missed follow-ups.
- Sales reports submitted accurately and within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead sheets, and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals effectively.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
