Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients interested in Matrimony.com services.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their requirements and explain service offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, and social media.
  • Resolve client queries and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
