Role Description :-

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. The role involves developing new retail outlets, strengthening distributor relationships, ensuring product visibility in the market, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, result-oriented, and capable of building long-term business relationships in the FMCG sector.

Qualifications :-

Develop and expand retailer and distributor network

Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage

Ensure proper product display and brand visibility

Collect payments and manage outstanding receivables

Submit daily/weekly sales and market reports

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Candidate Requirements :-

03 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Namkeen sales preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of Vadodara local market

Own two-wheeler preferred

Target-driven and self-motivated

Basic reporting and documentation skills
