Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for an Executive Sales Representative. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their product needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will identify new sales opportunities, create and deliver presentations, and meet sales targets. Additional duties involve coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and maintaining detailed records of client communications and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful customer relationships
  • Knowledge of the steel and cement industry is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining client records and timely follow-ups
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and propose effective strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market environment.

Experience : Cement/ Steel/ Building material is preferred
