Sales Executive, Marketing Senior Executive, Technical Background

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Sales Executive - Marketing Senior Executive with a Technical Background. The individual will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying and acquiring new clients, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additional responsibilities include presenting technical solutions, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and present automation solutions effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies, Client Relationship Management, and customer retention techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Educational qualification in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the Industrial Automation domain or similar industries is an added advantage.
