Role Overview
Candidate with existing network in real estate/builders/construction ecosystem preferred.
Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients effectively.
Strong professional presence and confidence in client meetings.
Willingness to travel for business meetings and site/client visits if required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Arrange client meetings and present company services.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/design teams for proposals.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
3. Brand Promotion & Market Positioning
- Develop strategies to promote company services in architecture, interiors, and PMC.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives such as social media, website updates, and online campaigns.
- Coordinate branding activities including brochures, presentations, and company profiles.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
4. Strategic Partnerships
- Build alliances with real estate developers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Explore collaboration opportunities to increase project inflow.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Track market trends in architecture, construction, and real estate sectors.
- Analyze competitors offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Suggest innovative marketing approaches to improve business growth.
6. Revenue Target Achievement
- Work towards monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline reports and marketing performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture-related field, or equivalent.
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing/business development.
- Prior experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or PMC industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
