Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, presenting products or services to clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Deal Negotiation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify leads, conduct market analysis, and create tailored sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools for tracking sales and customer data
  • Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
