Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, India, for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage key client accounts. You will interact with prospective clients, build long-term relationships, and contribute to the growth and expansion of the organization by meeting set sales targets. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, promoting our courses to potential learners, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and account management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Business to build and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment to achieve set goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development or sales, especially in the education sector, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and clients efficiently.
