Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's interior solutions and products. The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve sales targets, present proposals, conduct negotiations, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals to clients
  • Good understanding of interior solutions and storage systems for homes, offices, and various sectors
  • Proficient in client relationship management and providing excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated and confident in building new business opportunities
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in the interior solutions or furniture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines is beneficial
