Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales executive to join our resort sales team. The candidate will handle outbound calls, explain resort packages, assist customers with inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This is a full-time, role preferrable for a candidate based in Pune but not limited to it .
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and share details of resort packages, offers, and amenities.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages (stay, corporate outings, events, pre-wedding shoots, etc.).
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build good customer relationships and provide complete booking support.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and front-desk teams for smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Required Skills:- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Qualifications:- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 12 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or hospitality sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in customer engagement, and achieving sales
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus
Work Environment:- Office-based role
- Timing: 9 hours shift. Morning shift: 8 am- 5 pm and 1 pm - 10 pm.
