We're hiring a
Field Sales Executive (Materials) based in
Kochi to grow material sales by meeting
professionals + homeowners, capturing requirements, closing bulk orders, and coordinating delivery with our supply team.
What this role is
This is a
full-time field sales role. You will travel locally around
Kochi / Ernakulam to meet architects, contractors, interior designers, builders, and homeowners. Your goal is to generate orders, build repeat customers, and ensure smooth delivery.
What you'll do
- Visit homeowners + professionals and collect upcoming material requirements
- Recommend materials across categories (cement/steel, tiles/paint, plumbing, electrical, interiors, etc.)
- Pitch Kolo pricing + supply support and close orders
- Coordinate procurement + delivery with the Kolo supply team
- Solve order/delivery issues fast and drive repeat orders
- Share market pricing + competitor updates from Kochi market
Who should apply
- 13+ years field sales experience (construction/interior materials preferred)
- Comfortable meeting customers on-site and working with targets
- Strong communication + negotiation + relationship skills
- Local travel readiness across Kochi / Ernakulam
