KGDC Enterprises LLP is a rapidly growing Solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, specializing in residential and commercial solar installations under PM Surya Ghar Yojana. We've successfully delivered 150+ solar projects across Jharkhand and Odisha.

As a PM Surya Ghar empanelled vendor, we provide end-to-end solar solutions — from design to installation, commissioning, and subsidy processing.

We're now expanding to West Bengal across Jhargram, Purulia, Asansol, and Kharagpur districts, building a high-performing team to capture the state's accelerating residential solar market

Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in West Bengal, India. The Sales Executive will identify and establish relationships with potential customers, present and promote solar energy solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. This role also involves creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. The ideal candidate will advocate for solar solutions while addressing customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of solar energy products, solutions, and pricing models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
